The Korn Ferry Charitable Foundation aims to create and support programs that help people exceed their potential.
We are working to:
Provide direct relief to those affected by a natural disaster
Fund scholarships and programs
Make grants to charitable organizations working to enhance our communities
Grant recipients include: Black Girls Code, Communities in Schools, LEADership Education and Development, Management Leadership for Tomorrow, and Out & Equal

The Korn Ferry Charitable Foundation's primary focus is to help people exceed their potential. Whether that is in the boardroom, the classroom, or their living room. Initially, that means providing help, support, and inspiration to those who need it most.
Leadership U for Humanity
Leadership U for Humanity is a program designed to create the leaders of tomorrow. Leaders who bring diverse backgrounds and experiences to the table. Who champion conscious inclusion and celebrate and empower difference. Benefitting not only businesses, but underrepresented people across the world.
